JURASSIC WORLD Concept Art Hits the Web
When Jurassic World was first announced, there were assumptions (including my own) that the film would get the dinosaurs off the island. Well, it didn’t take long for new rumors to come around that the film would take place on Isla Nublar, in a fully-functional dino attraction—where something goes terribly wrong
Well, the International Business Times today, uncovered some concept art for the 21st Century Jurassic Park created by Nathan Schroeder, whose has done work for X-Men, Pirates of the Caribbean and Chronicles of Narnia, among other things.
It’s pretty good, if less hokey than the park we saw in the 1993 film. Sleek, modern. Doesn’t look like Hammond’s creation for sure, but he isn’t in charge anymore. The Patel Corporation is.
If I had to choose between the two, I’d hope it looks more like the second concept than the first. But it is just concept art, after all. We probably won’t know what the new Jurassic World is going to look like for at least a few months.
