WIZARD OF OZ To Get An IMAX 3D Re-Release – Big 6 Morning Report
- Warner Bros. classic fantasy musical (and my favorite movie) The Wizard of Oz is about to go where Jurassic Park and Titanic have gone before: Into the third dimension! As part of the studio’s 90th Anniversary celebration, Warner will re-release the picture in 3D for one week only in September. The re-release serves as a lead in to the release of a 75th Anniversary edition of The Wizard of Oz on Bluray 3D, Bluray, DVD and Ultraviolet, which hits stores on Oct. 1. (USA Today)
