It’s wheels up for Up in the Air after the National Board of Review named it Best Film of the Year. Not only did it win, but with the exception of the director award, it was virtual sweep. Best Actor (tie), Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actress, they all went to Up in the Air, too. That’s a rarity in the NBR world.
