‘G.I. Joe’ storms the box office – TFC Morning Report
Top Story: G.I. Joe topped the domestic box office this weekend, taking in an estimated $56.2 million. Paramount decided not to screen the movie for critics outside a small circle of AICNers, but it likely wouldn’t have mattered one way or another. This big dumb summer movie was always going to win the weekend. The question now: How big will it get? That is less certain. (THR)
