Oh, Girls. How I miss you.

Thankfully, we know now when the hit comedy series will return to HBO. Miss Dunham, if you would be so kind:

So according to HBO and Lena Dunham’s Instagram, Hannah, Marnie, Jessie and Shosh will be back on Sunday, January 12, 2014, with back-to-back episodes.

Premiering the same night will be True Detectives, a show that I’ve been waiting to see since I first heard about it in June. The Louisiana crime drama directed by Cary Fukunaga will take the 9 p.m. slot, with Girls immediately following at 10 p.m.
