THE OTHER GUYS Motion Poster
Probably wouldn’t have ever posted anything for The Other Guys, but thanks to Yahoo! Movies, the frivolity of an online “motion poster” caught my eye. They’ve been doing it for a while, but this is the first one I’ve stumbled across (courtesy of @tammycoo). The difference between a trailer and a motion poster? You can a trailer off. Hopefully you like the song “Ridin’ Dirty” ’cause it’s going to replay–a lot. Got sick of the loop, real fast. Click on the image above to view the “motion poster.” From Yahoo! I’m probably setting myself up for some serious disappointment with this one, but I’m really, really excited to see The Crazies. Horror and I go way back. This afternoon, Hilliard was kind enough to pass on those first posters for posting here. I love the red and yellow one’s simple, sharp design, but that second poster is a little more intriguing. I guess if I catch Swallow at a film festival, I’ll just have to pick up both cards.
