So GHOSTBUSTERS 3 Might Actually Happen After All

Posted by on Nov 9, 2013 in The Pictures | 1 comment

Over the years, there hasn’t been much substance to any Ghostbusters 3 rumor. About the time that the Ghostbusters video game came out, it started to feel like those rumors were simply PR stunts to get people talking about those busters of ghosts in order to sell the game. Like when we learned The Office writers were taking a stab at the script in 2008, months before the 2009 video game release. But I guess that was just me being cynical because it looks like Ghostbusters 3 may happen after all. For real. Earlier this week it was reported that Emma Stone and Jonah Hill have been offered roles in a Bill Murray-less sequel to the classic 80s comedy franchise. The two actors would play Anna and Jeremy respectively, which means absolutely nothing given the lack of context. Of course, we’ve heard rumblings like this...

STAR WARS VII Gets An Official Release Date

Posted by on Nov 7, 2013 in Big News, The Pictures | 0 comments

It’s going to be a Merry Christmas in 2015 for Star Wars fans. Disney announced today that Star Wars: Episode VII will bow on Dec. 18, 2015, confirming earlier reports that the first film in the sequel trilogy would become the first Star Wars film to premiere outside of May. So who’s the big loser today? Warcraft. The Universal and Legendary Pictures fantasy epic based on the highest-grossing video game in history previously announced that it was taking Dec. 18, which really is the only date for a blockbuster release in that month. Now the film, which is being directed by Duncan Jones, will likely have to find a release date. But who cares? We have real Star Wars news. And J.J. Abrams, who took over writing the film with Lawrence Kasdan, officially has a date that he needs to hit in order to make fans happy. Well, fans and Robert...

Dick Grayson Rumored To Be In BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN

Posted by on Nov 7, 2013 in The Pictures | 1 comment

Wonder Woman isn’t the only DC hero who many appear alongside Batman and Superman in Warner’s upcoming sequel to the Man of Steel. According to Latino Review (which first reported on Ben Affleck’s potential involvement), a very reliable source has told them that Dick Grayson (Robin/Nightwing) will make an appearance in Batman Vs. Superman. In checking with agency sources, Latino Review discovered that Warner is looking for “a young John Hawkes type” for an unspecified role. That role, well, it could be none other than Dick Grayson. In addition, Latino Review reports that there’s a stunt call out for a 5′ 10″ male who knows martial arts, and 5′ 10″ just happens to be the height of John Hawkes. So could it be true? Will Nightwing make an appearance in Batman Vs. Superman. It makes at least a little sense that an older...

Will Wonder Woman Appear In BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN? All Signs Point To Yes.

Posted by on Nov 7, 2013 in Big News, The Pictures | 0 comments

About a month ago, Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara uttered the words that many DC fans wanted to hear: “We need to get Wonder Woman on the big screen or TV.” If the recent rumors circling the Internet are true, then WB and Zack Snyder may be gearing up to add the Amazing Amazon to the Man of Steel sequel, Batman Vs. Superman. It all started a month ago when a casting call was put out for a female character that matched Wonder Woman’s characteristics: 25 to 35 and physically strong. It was a speculation that Warner Bros. refused to deny outright. Once is just speculation, though. But last week Thor star Jaimie Alexander revealed that she was in talks with Warner Bros. regarding Batman Vs. Superman. Specifically, they wanted to know her opinion about Wonder Woman. But Alexander would be a perfect Diana, almost too...

See The Animatronic Baby That Was Banished From TWILIGHT: BREAKING DAWN, PART II

I’ve never watched Twilight: Breaking Dawn, Part II.  In fact, I didn’t see a single movie in that franchise after that horrendous first film. But apparently, I missed out. I mean, any movie that would create a creepy, 60-pound animatronic baby that looks like it has the birth defects you’d see in the Peacock Boys’ offspring must have something going for it, right? The kid’s actual name is Renesmee, which is bizarre enough in itself. But the animatronic doll earned the name Chuckesmee because, well, just watch the video below. It’s too bad the animatronic infant was replaced by a CGI baby in the end because Chuckesmee would have taken the franchise to a whole new level of weird. Check it out: Source:...
