MTV announced that it was adapting one of the greatest slasher films of all time, Scream, for the small screen about a year ago. And this week at TCA we learned that Jay Beattie and Dan Dworkin have been hired as writers for the show. The pair have previously worked on Revenge, Criminal Minds and The Event.
