Ben Kinsley’s Super Secret Marvel One-Shot May Have The Real Mandarin
Last week, Ben Kinsley revealed that he was working on a super secret Marvel project to the Belfast Telegraph. It was presumed at that point that Sir Ben was working on a Marvel One-Shot, one that possibly involved the Mandarin.
Well, the good folks over at t Latino Review may have figured out what Kingsley and Marvel are really up to, and it sounds amazing.
We all know that Marvel diehards were not happy with the portrayal of the Mandarin in Iron Man 3. Obviously, it was the only way to really introduce the character into a cinematic world, but fanboys be crazy.
Marvel may have heard them loud and clear thought and the super secret Marvel project Ben Kinsley is working on may in fact be a Marvel One-Shot involving the real Mandarin. Basically, the real villain is upset about the way Guy Ritchie’s Aldrich Killian and Ben Kingsley’s Trevor Slattery mocked him in Iron Man 3. So now he’s out the let the world know it.
If true, what I’m really hoping for is a Pinky and the Brain scenario where the Mandarin tries to take over the world and is foiled over and over again. Because that will definitely make the fanboys happy.
