Luc Besson and fall action movies go together like peanut butter and chocolate. Whether he’s producing, like he did Taken, or directing, like he’s doing here in The Family, you at least know you’re going to have a good time. In his latest picture, executive produced by Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro stars as a former mobster and family patriach who moves with his wife (Michelle Pfeiffer) and kids to France under witness protection. Let’s just say the have a serious ugly American problem when they get there.
