Top Story: Spider-Man director Sam Raimi has signed on to direct Warcraft, a live-action adaptation of the World of Warcraft video game. He’ll shot the feature after he finishes Spider-Man 4. (Variety)

In Other News: Looks like Sony Pictures will distribute a film that will feature rehearsal footage from Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” show.  The price tag: $60 million.  The film is currently scheduled to be released on Friday, Oct. 30. (THR’s Showbiz 411)
