Who’s Voicing Thanos In The Marvel Cinematic Universe?
Ever since Thanos appeared in The Avengers post-credit sting, two questions have been on the minds of fans: when will we see him again and who will play him?
For a while it was rumored that Vin Diesel would be the man behind the monster, and we speculated we’d see him next in The Avengers 3. Well, both things, like most rumblings on the internet, weren’t true. But today we’ve learned the answer to both questions.
Latino Review is reporting and The Wrap is confirming that Josh Brolin will voice the Mad Titan in not only Guardians of the Galaxy, but also The Avengers: Age of Ultron and The Avengers 3.
So we now know who and when… which leaves us to speculate why. Like why would Thanos appear in a movie dedicated to Ultron as the primary villain, especially after Whedon said Thanos wasn’t meant to be the big bad. Are we just going to see him in post-credit stings? Or will he have a more prominent role that we suspected before?
Guess we’ll find out on August 1 when Guardians of the Galaxy hits theaters.
